The starting point is the performance of a QSE "self-diagnosis" audit
on main themes that integrate quality, safety, environment and marketing. Produced over several weeks, the audit report will be the essential tool, your real bedside book and above all, your development base, which you will open every day to know exactly where you stand.
Following this audit, the following are defined:
• The medium-term QSEM vision and strategy
•The annual policy ; defined in SMART objectives
• The translation of these objectives into a adapted action plan
• Autonomous management of process control
• Project organization, planning follow-up
Each year,we analyze and measure the results of the actions carried out on the themes of the QSEM self-diagnosis. These results are formulated inreports, annual reports and adapted and understandable statistics, in order to be able to transmit them during meetings, working groups and conferences.
This balance sheet translates into:
• Trend and results analysis
• Drafting of reports, annual reports, statistics
• Animation of meetings, working groups, conferences
• Production and use of feedback, surveys
• Proposals for new adapted strategic orientations
